Yes. Every piece is handmade, which means no two are exactly the same. Slight variations in shape, color, and texture are part of what makes each item unique.

Are your ceramics food safe?
Absolutely. All pieces are made with food-safe glazes and materials, safe for everyday use.

Can I put them in the dishwasher or microwave?
Most pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe, but hand washing is always recommended to extend their life and keep them looking their best.

Do you accept custom orders?
Yes—depending on availability. If you have something specific in mind, feel free to reach out and we’ll see what’s possible.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within a few days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but you’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order is on its way.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

What if my item arrives damaged?
If something arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. I’ll make it right.

Can I return or exchange an item?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within a limited timeframe, as long as the item is unused and in original condition. Custom pieces are non-refundable.

Why does my piece look slightly different from the photo?
Each piece is handmade and kiln-fired, which means small variations are natural and expected. Think of it as owning a one-of-a-kind object, not a factory replica.

Will you restock sold-out items?
Some designs return, some don’t. Small batch production means once it’s gone, it might be gone for good—so if you love something, don’t wait too long.
