SHIPPING

We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery within Croatia is done mostly by using BoxNow sevice. We are committed to reducing plastic use, so the majority of our products are carefully packed in recyclable paper-based materials.

When will my order be shipped?

Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 5 working days after your order has been confirmed, unless stated otherwise.

If you’ve ordered made-to-order pieces, production time varies depending on the quantity, size, and materials selected. For orders of up to five items, please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for production before dispatch.

When will my order arrive?

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination country:

  • Deliveries within Croatia generally arrive within 2 working days after shipment.

  • Orders within Europe typically take 3–5 working days.

  • Shipments to destinations outside Europe udepend on customs procedures.

As soon as your parcel is sent, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number from the courier service.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location and the total value of your order (which affects size and weight). The exact cost will be automatically displayed at checkout once your items are added to the cart.

Please be aware that orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are determined by local authorities once the parcel reaches your country. Shumska Ceramica cannot take responsibility for any additional customs-related fees. For more detailed information, we recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering.

After your parcel has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. Please also note that delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, which is outside of our control.

Do you provide free shipping?

Currently, we do not offer free shipping as a standard option. However, we may occasionally run special promotions that include complimentary delivery.

Is local pickup available?

Unfortunately, no.
