ORDER INFO & RETURNS

All products are handmade ceramic items. Due to their handmade nature:

  • Slight variations in shape, color, or texture may occur.

  • Such variations do not constitute defects.

Can I cancel my order?

If you have not finalized your purchase yet, you can cancel it at any time by removing the selected items from your cart.

If your order has already been completed and you wish to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible at zorana@shumska.com. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

If the parcel has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, you will need to wait for the delivery and then return the items at your own expense.

Once the items are safely returned to our studio in undamaged condition, we will process your refund (excluding shipping costs) within 2 weeks. Please note that damaged returns are not eligible for a refund.

My order arrived, but it’s not what I expected. Can I return it?

Yes, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please notify us in advance by emailing zorana@shumska.com.

Return shipping must be arranged and paid for by the customer. Items should be sent to:

After we receive the returned items in their original, undamaged condition, we will issue a refund within 2 weeks (excluding shipping fees). Unfortunately, damaged items cannot be refunded.

I received a damaged item. What should I do?

We’re truly sorry to hear that your item arrived damaged.

Please email us at zorana@shumska.com with detailed information about the issue. Be sure to attach clear photos of the damaged item. If the packaging was also damaged, include photos of the box as well. Don’t forget to provide your order number.

Once we review your message, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund (including shipping costs) within 2 weeks. You will not be required to return the damaged item.

If you choose a replacement, please allow some additional time for production, as many of our pieces are made to order.

I received the wrong item.

We sincerely apologize if you received an incorrect item.

Please double-check your order confirmation to ensure the items listed do not match what you received. If there has been a mistake, contact us at zorana@shumska.com and include your order number along with a photo of the items you received.

If you’re happy with the item despite the mix-up, we can simply update our inventory and no further action will be needed.

If you would prefer to receive the originally ordered item(s), you will need to return the product(s) and place a new order. The return address is:

We will refund your payment once the returned items arrive safely and undamaged. Please note that refunds cannot be issued for damaged returns.

I would like to exchange some items from my order.

If you wish to replace certain items, you may return them and place a new order.

Please inform us beforehand by emailing zorana@shumska.com Return shipping must be organized and covered by you.

Once the items are received back in good condition, we will refund the product amount (excluding shipping costs). Items should be returned to:
